What is Express Delivery?

Luxelasho is committed to providing a seamless and fast shopping experience. That’s why we offer express delivery services in Dubai and select high-population cities across the UAE.

With our express delivery option, your orders will be delivered within 24 working hours, provided that:

  • The item is available in Luxelasho’s warehouse.
  • If the item is sourced from a third-party seller, additional time will be required for the transfer from the seller’s warehouse to Luxelasho’s facility before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes, you can conveniently pay for your order at the time of delivery using all major bank cards through our mobile POS machines. However, in some cases, the cash-on-delivery option may not be available.

Where is Express Delivery Available?

Currently, express delivery is available in:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi

If your address falls within these cities, you can select your preferred time slot for delivery.

Delivery Times During Peak Periods

During special events, promotional campaigns, or high-traffic periods such as December, delivery times may vary based on demand and logistics. While we strive to maintain our usual delivery timelines, some delays may occur. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend placing separate orders for different product categories to avoid unnecessary delays.

Receiving Your Order

  • Upon delivery, you must present a valid ID to our Luxelasho delivery personnel.
  • The ID must match either the account holder’s name or the designated recipient’s name. If the ID does not match, our team will not be able to complete the delivery.
  • Deliveries to public places such as cafes, restaurants, hotels, and internet cafés are not allowed. A verifiable residential or business address must be provided for order fulfillment.

Delivery Charges

  • Standard shipping fees within Dubai and other major cities range between 10 AED and 15 AED.
  • If you are outside our express delivery coverage area, your order will be shipped via standard postal service and delivered within 4-10 working days.

Heavy & Bulky Item Deliveries

  • If your order includes large or heavy items, shipping fees will start at 20 AED and may vary based on weight and dimensions.
  • Heavy items are typically those that exceed standard parcel sizes or are ordered in bulk.
  • Delivery of bulk orders may take between 3 to 14 working days, depending on order size and logistics constraints. This timeframe may be extended during peak seasons such as year-end sales.

Shipping Costs & Customization

The final shipping fee is calculated based on your selected shipping method, delivery location, and item size. All costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout, allowing you to make an informed decision before completing your purchase.

Luxelasho currently delivers to all cities across the UAE, with additional shipping options available for GCC countries where postal services are accessible.
