Eligibility for COD

The system will automatically determine whether the COD option is available for your order based on certain criteria. If eligible, you can pay for your purchase at the time of delivery using a POS machine, allowing payments via all major bank and credit cards.

COD is NOT available if:

  • Your order contains heavy or bulky items.
  • The total order value exceeds 200 AED.
  • Your purchase includes multiple packages, requiring split shipments.

Ensuring Product Quality at the Time of Delivery

Before completing the payment, you will have the opportunity to inspect your package to ensure that the delivered items match your order and are in perfect condition. Our delivery personnel will allow you to verify that:

  • The packaging is intact and has not been tampered with.

  • The products are undamaged and meet your expectations.

  • All items in the order are correct as per your purchase details.

Once the payment is made, the sale is considered final. However, you can still initiate a return if you encounter any product defects after receiving your order (refer to our return policy for more details).

    • Cardholder’s name

Refund & Transaction Policies

In case a refund is necessary, the following conditions apply:

  • Refunds will only be processed to the same bank card used for the purchase.

  • The card holder’s name must match the registered user profile.

  • If the initial payment was made using a different card, Luxlesho reserves the right to verify transaction details before processing the refund.
