How to Return a Product?

  • Please contact our after-sales support team before taking any action.
  • Do not send any product back without prior coordination with Luxelasho’s after-sales service.
  • The product must be securely packed in its original box or packaging before shipping.
  • If your order includes free gifts and you wish to return the entire order, the gift items must also be returned. Otherwise, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Do not write on, label, or damage the original packaging, as this will void the return guarantee. (If necessary, write your notes on the purchase invoice or a separate piece of paper.)
  • If shipping via postal service, take a photo of the postal receipt and email it to support@luxelasho.com.
  • Do not write the return address on the original product packaging. Instead, place it inside another box before shipping.

How Are Return Shipping Costs Calculated?

  • For orders shipped via postal service or third-party sellers, a return request incurs a return shipping fee of 10 to 15 AED per request.
  • When submitting a return request, you can view the return fee in your account. Once the returned item is received and approved, a confirmation SMS will be sent to you.
  • Lux Plus members are exempt from return shipping fees.
  • If a return fee applies to your order, the cost will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining balance will be credited to your account.
  • If the product has a technical defect, mismatch, or physical damage verified by Luxelasho’s support team, Luxelasho will cover all shipping costs.
  • To receive a refund for postal shipping fees, send a photo of the shipping receipt to support@luxelasho.com.

How to Submit a Return Request?

  • You can submit your return request using one of the following methods:

    1. Log in to your account, go to the “Delivered Orders” section, and submit your return request.
    2. Go to the “Contact Us” page, select the “After-Sales Services” category, and send your message.

    Note: Online return requests will be processed faster. Please ensure that your order tracking number is included in all return requests for efficient processing.
